1. 陳述都市中心堵塞的問題，藉由影片矩陣和3D模型說明市中心堵塞的徵狀。一一說明。並從1.交通、2.住宅、3.歷史遺跡這三點動態模擬市中心堵塞問題點的改善方案。(由左上(徵狀)->左下(點1&對策)+右下(點2&對策)+右上(點3&對策)。
   To introduce the urban styles, via the matrix style's 3D model to describe one by one, the city jam problem is symptom in the left-up block to kick off. Then, from left-bottom(Traffic), right-bottom(House) to right-up(Heritage), the urban layout uses 3D dynamic models to simulate the problem and solution and to ameliorate these issues's disservice.
   • 左上 ：市中心交通堵塞=>步行化 。
   • (LEFT-UP)-City center's traffic jam-Conversion into pedestrian area
   • 左下 ：交通堵塞。建立圓環 。
   • (LEFT-BOTTOM)-Building circle
   • 右下  ： 住宅區。垂直化建設，整合為一，綠地擴大。
   • (RIGHT-BOTTOM)：Verbalization the house
   • 右上 ：歷史遺跡。歷史區擴大，成為公園。
   • (RIGHT-UP)-Expend the heritage area to be park
2. 說明都市人口的增長，提及今日世界人口半數居住在都市的今日，未來預計有50億的人口居住在都市中。並提到人口移動使都市擴張(中國每年有千萬人口往都市移動)。而都市目前只佔據了陸地面積的2.8%。以上所有因素使都市的擴張因需求、不可抗拒、未來的預測等原因，逐步擴張。另外也說明都市的類型(密集型與擴散型)，各城市(巴西的郎多尼亞、中國的深圳、馬來西亞的吉隆玻)的今與昔時空對比空拍圖。並提到都市的土地占用不是為一問題，而是都市裡的人如何解決往來所衍生的種種問題。例如：每天交通服務造成的長時間長距離的連繫，污染、私家車、交通堵塞。
   To illustrate the population increasing in urban and to propose current an half earth population to spread in the urban area, in the future there will be over 5 billion people living in the urban and urban currently are occupied by the people on the earth land 2.8%. Then, it's talking about the urban expend's factors, residence movement to the cities(China has over 10 million people to urban every year) and urban land occupancy issues. All the reason it's to make the urban expend in need that are inevitable factors and future population forecast. Alternatively, it describes the urban type, the intensive and diffusive style. Meanwhile, it lists 3 cities's overlook view to compare among each other. Then, by the way, it says the land occupancy isn't the only problem. But, how to resolve the traffic connection issues among people and the its derivative issues are the core problem, like long time or distance traffic, pollution, private car, traffic jam.       

然而，這些影片和窗外的想像有何關係？但曾經有人有對窗外的世界有想像的動機嗎？或者想從窗外的世界探索東西？

However, are there any connection with imagination outside windows? But, has somebody had any motivation in imagining for the out windows world? Or, it wants to explore and collect information to the outside of window, doesn't it?

而理想的窗外，是什麼樣子？甚至，無窗勝有窗？
The above two pictures make a ironic effect to introduce the steel-less frame function. 
What's the ideal world outside window? Even more, no windows are better than owning it.

最近有一則新聞是這樣的，請看下面的，見影片說明
Youtube~Recently, there is a news in Taiwan. Reporter says in the 5 star class hotel somebody's naked body had women seen from the opposite window. The woman feels shy and then the news was  made.~~So, I have to consider our neighborhood's feeling if I want to build a swimming pool in my balcony.

Alternatively, this is the other reason impossible to build the swimming pool in Taiwan apartment.

如果我假設鐵窗是為了安全感(不知道是不是這個原因)？以下圖片你看了之後會覺得住在哪裡比較安全，甚至你有其他的感覺如舒服，方便？
我舉例三個曾去過的地方。越南(河內市)、日本(松本市與東京市)、中國大陸(東莞樟木頭鎮)
If I suppose to set up the steel-less frame for safety I am not sure it's true or not, how do you feel after your reading and seeing these photos? Do you feel safety, even comfortable or another feeling?    
I raise up three places I have been Vietnam(Hanoi),  Japan(Matsumoto and Tokyo) and China(Dongguan-Zhangmuto).
這裡是越南首都，河內。Here is the capital of Vietnam, Hanoi.

左圖與右上圖為越南首都河內，左圖可看到市區家家戶戶無鐵窗，多為陽台的設計。(見看右下圖)。若旅客在房內往外頭的景觀特顯一點舒服、愜意、悠哉。右上圖為河內城的樓房樓與樓並排在一起。我不太能想像建築物底下的交通狀況。似乎較無合適且完整的規畫，但又看不到太多的汽車在街上。如1.都市中心堵塞問題和2.城市的過去今日與未來兩個影片中，河內的城市型態為？？？(密集型or擴張型????or混合型)。河內曾經因為越南戰爭遭受空襲，房子皆在戰爭後建設起來。上圖看上去城市的街道開發不適當且效率低，綠色空間少，街道也窄小曲折，無發揮道路應有的功能。走到大馬路需要拐彎許多甚至交通堵塞。河內市矮房較多。右下圖畫面上一個白色的高樓聳然拔起，特顯突兀，會不會讓你想到台灣現在很多老屋翻新建更高的感覺。推測應該是當地的政府機構、商辦、酒店。攝影時間為2010年。

The left picture and right-up picture is the capital of Vietnam, Hanoi. There isn't any steel-less frame window design apparently. (Even it has, the quantity must be less than Taiwanese.) It's almost designed as a balcony style.(See the right-bottom picture.) If foreign visitors living in the house to see the outside view from the balcony, it seems to be leisure, casual and a little bit comfortable. The right-up pic is the overlooking view of Hanoi. The building are side to side to be built each other. It's so close. I can't image the building button how it's going in its traffic system. It seems no appropriate and complete urban plan. But, there are just few cars on the street. Then, what's the examples of Hanoi city in the up two videos, 1.都市中心堵塞問題&2.城市的過去今日與未來? (compacting urban or sprawl style???or Mix style) Hanoi had been air attack in Vietnam war. The house were built after the war. There aren't better plans so that the volume are less suitable and non-effective layout to exert its space usage. Moreover, the green areas are less and the street is tortuous. The worse layout leads to the traffic jam and lets residence spend more time to the main road. Hanoi city has more flats. The right-bottom picture shows a white mansion in the top center of all flats. The mansion is the only one and the unique building in the all short flats. (Have you been imagining association with Taiwanese old house renovation mansion like this photo?)I guess it's government organization, commercial buildings or Hotel. The photos shot time was 2010.

左圖為河內市區一隅，畫面很類似台灣的鄉下地方。電線桿的電線直接橫越馬路中間上空。(但高度不高)二樓的房子也少鐵窗。似乎夜不閉戶的生活型態。摩托車多穿越街巷中。不太擁擠的狀況還算可以被當地人與旅客接受。
The left picture is an angle of Hanoi. It's like Taiwanese country site. The electricity pole's line directly cross over the street. (However, it's close to the ground.) The second floor are less steel-less frame. It seems a society doesn't need to close the door at night. Many motorcycles pass through the lane. The not too crowded situation is accepted by the local residence and tourists. 

河內市中心塞車情況(The traffic jam in Hanoi)

右圖為河內塞車的窘境。短短的距離原本20分鐘的車程，遇到交通尖峰的時候。需要塞上1個小時以上，甚至可以看到摩托車鑽入巷子。為了逃脫交通尖峰。
The right picture is the traffic jam in Hanoi. Once the distance need to spend 20 min but it extend over 1 hour during the traffic rush hour. Even, you can see the motorcycles drill into a narrow lane for escaping the traffic jam.

Tokyo city's sub-town houses 

東京中心外圍的矮房，多為石瓦建築屋頂(人字造型)的大多房子有一陽台。更遠處，為現代式的房子
The style is short flat type around Tokyo suburb. The roof is made by stone tile, "人" style. The window has no frame but has the balcony. Further away location, it's the modern style houses.

長野縣松本市中心夜景(Matsumoto night view

松本市，位於長野縣，是長野縣的大城。當時正逢雪季於房間拍攝。(黃色的光暈為窗簾造成)。市中心的公寓多採陽台且前後通風的設計。看上去你會覺得很整齊嗎？
Here is Matsumoto city in Nagano county. It's a quite big city in Nagano county. That moment is during snow season. (Yellow color around the board is made by curtain.) The apartments house use the balcony and ventilation design. Do you think it neat?  


       

東京Suburb(Tokyo)

東京市中心周圍的矮舊房子。 更遠處是市中心的摩天大樓。 
These flats are near the train track and around the TOKYO city. The further places are TOKYO CBD.

市中心的近照，你可想而知，右圖CBD裡面的交通必定是很擁擠。但是否有秩序，我想，以東京人的角度看，他們仍認為有他們的都市秩序上有問題。例如：是否有機車？是否有人車分離步道的規畫？是否管制車輛入城區？計程車的價格？地鐵的便利性，甚至是否地鐵有民間經營？其實以上東京做的非常好。但就我的聽說，地鐵仍會讓人擠到浮在地鐵裡，就令人覺得不可思議。記住，這裡不是印度。超過一千萬人的大都市。
It's the close up scenery of the TOKYO CBD. You can image the traffic must be crowded in the bottom of the skyscraper. However, is it order? I suppose I were living in Tokyo. I think Tokyo still has its traffic problem in the order. From Tokyo people's thinking and idea, the examples are under below. "Are there motorcycles riding right, pedestrian path, control vehicle volume plan for entering the city, taxi price, the  convenience or inconvenience train system or operating the metro train right by the private company?" In fact, the above all questions Tokyo does very well. But, I have heard one thing incredible. The Tokyo metro train is crowed enough to possibly let you float up in the crowd people. Remember, here is not India. Over 10 million people live in Tokyo.

Left picture: It's the town apartment. It's coincidence to take a photo of a man pulling the trolley.  

中圖：圖中為二十層樓的大廈。但晚上大樓燈火零星。除聲色場所與餐廳。基本上這種大樓住的人口少。

Middle picture: It's the elevator mansion style house building. But, at night, there are just a little few light showing from the window. Beside the entertainment area and restaurant, basically, there are just few people living in this house. 

右圖：公寓式，此處鎮的常駐人口居住的公寓。前方有停車場。

Right picture: It's apartment style. The local permanent is in here. There are car park in the front of it.
